[RFC] Rename `ExactState` to something else ( maybe `FullSummationState` ?)

ExactState is a bit misleading, in my opinion, and we should find a better name.

Proposals might be:

• FullSummationState
• FullSpaceState

But maybesomeone has a better idea?
