Fix bug in Docs

Fix to issue discovered in #142. The problem was that you have :: appearing in your signatures.

@jamesETsmith your docs branch contains any outdated version of the documentation tools. Please update. If you discover any more issues related to the docs tools, please ping me! Also, please provide the args you are passing to make_class_docs.py so that I can more easily test the suspect module.

@gcarleo If it is possible, would it be ok to import the mydocstring library for parsing for now? That would save me from having to apply fixes in two places. It should be available via pip. We can ship the core components of it once everything looks stable. Thanks.
