This is some commits that i had lying around plus a test for last night bug

Adds a test for VariationalDriver bug #816 (closed)
prettify the repr printing of History objects so they don't print every step stored in iters
add a test for repr printing of history objects
fix some docstrings on the website that had wrong formatting
remove binder link from readme (that linked to old v2 anyway...)
