Add test for Pauli algebra

This fixes one of the points raised in #607 (closed) , namely, the sigma y is wrong (it was it's transpose).

Operatros where correct. This only adds a test checking that Pauli operators respect Pauli algebra, so I don't doubt myself in the future.
